Selvallo protects its software, brand, character libraries, story systems, export templates, educational resources, generated packet structures, downloadable PDFs, and proprietary content systems.

1. Protected Selvallo Materials

Protected materials include, without limitation:

Selvallo branding, logos, taglines, and visual identity.
Character libraries, character names, descriptions, personalities, and categories.
Story systems and Character Story Builder content.
Reader's Theatre packet layouts and export templates.
Script collections, vocabulary resources, discussion questions, answer keys, teacher notes, and standards-aligned educational resources.
Prompts, workflows, quality systems, and proprietary generation systems.

2. Character Library Examples

The Selvallo character library includes proprietary creative content such as:

Turkey Tom
Cranberry Sauce Connie
Green Bean Gary
Big Bad Wolf Winston
Pencil Penny
All other character names, descriptions, categories, and personalities contained in Selvallo character-library files.

These examples are illustrative and do not limit the scope of protected content.

3. Generated Resources

Generated Reader's Theatre packets and downloadable resources are licensed for classroom use under the applicable Content License. Users do not receive ownership of Selvallo proprietary content, character systems, export layouts, or content frameworks.

4. Prohibited Copying and Distribution

Users may not copy, sell, upload, publish, redistribute, adapt, scrape, extract, or use Selvallo protected materials to create competing products, marketplace listings, content libraries, AI-generated collections, or derivative commercial resources.
