License type: Single Teacher Classroom License

This Content License applies to Selvallo-generated Reader's Theatre packets, downloadable PDFs, teacher materials, student pages, vocabulary resources, discussion questions, answer keys, character-library resources, and other licensed educational content unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1. License Grant

Selvallo grants one individual teacher a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the licensed resource with that teacher's assigned students.

Generated packets remain licensed content. The license does not transfer intellectual property ownership to the user.

2. Teachers May

  • Print copies for their own students.
  • Use resources with assigned students.
  • Store copies for personal classroom use.
  • Present resources in classroom instruction.
  • Use resources digitally with assigned students through a secure classroom platform.

3. Teachers May Not

  • Upload resources to Teachers Pay Teachers.
  • Upload resources to competing marketplaces.
  • Resell resources.
  • Redistribute resources.
  • Share resources with other teachers.
  • Post resources publicly online.
  • Use resources to create competing products.
  • Use resources to train, seed, or build competing AI systems or content libraries.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of Selvallo content.
  • Remove Selvallo license notices, attribution, or copyright language.

4. Character Libraries

Selvallo character names, descriptions, categories, personalities, and story systems are proprietary creative content. They may appear in licensed classroom resources, but they may not be copied, repackaged, sold, uploaded, or used as the basis for competing products.

5. School and District Use

This license is for one teacher in one classroom. School-wide, grade-level, department, district, commercial, and marketplace uses require a separate written license.

6. TPT and Marketplace Products

Selvallo resources may not be uploaded to Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, Amazon, Facebook groups, shared drives, public repositories, paid newsletters, school resource exchanges, or other marketplaces or distribution platforms.
